Ron & Debbie Hughes are excited to share their love of Suri Alpacas at every opportunity.  Alpaca Ranching is considered a green industry for numerous reasons.  They occupy a limited area, their manure is not "hot" like that of cattle so it can be used immediately as fertilizer in areas such as community gardens for the less fortunate.  Their fiber is hypo-allergenic, none greasy, several times warmer than wool, extremely strong, durable and light weight.  There is a documented sweater that is 400 years old in Peru. 

The reason these things are important is that Ron & Debbie have a simple philosophy..."Attaining excellence through quality breeding".  This has resulted in not only the best quality Suri's but some of the finest Alpaca fiber in the area.
